vPPR ARCHITECTS
Tatiana von Preussen of YAYA-nominated London practice vPPR ARCHITECTS, will lead a tour of the new residential development Ott’s Yard, in North London. The project replaces an existing derelict joinery workshop with two eco-houses. The plans are based on an abstraction of the existing triangular geometry: two houses, each with their own garden and a shared communal courtyard, emerge from a pin-wheel fractal pattern. Not yet completed, the landscaping of the lush, sloping roofs will adhere to the same geometry and will be designed with landscape architect Arabella Lennox-Boyd.
