CARACAS. The informal City is a groundbreaking documentary in two parts; the first explores the evolution of new informal urban developments that are arising as a result of globalization. The second part focuses on the most violent mega-city on the South American continent, Caracas, where more than four of its six million inhabitants live in self built constructions in the barrios where only the laws of the strong rule.
