CZWG Architects
Piers Gough, alongside members of the London-based CZWG team, will lead a tour of the firm’s recently completed Canada Water Library. The building’s ground-level inverted pyramid form consists of a café, performance space, internet points and popular books all accessible within a small footprint, whilst the expanding shape above enables the containment of the main library within a single, galleried and skylit double volume. The whole is clad in aluminium sheets, anodised by a light bronze with sequined perforations. (source czwg.com)
